If something is wrong
with your card, we fix it.
Send us two things within 30 days of delivery.
- Your order number
- A photo that shows the problem, with the packaging in the picture

Covered
- A bag that is torn or not sealed
- A missing or wrong card, part or label
- A card with little or no scent when first opened
What we do
- We check the order, then replace the item or refund it. We choose whichever gets you a correct product fastest.
- Replacements go to the address on the original order.
Not covered
- Scent that fades after the card has been opened. A fragrance card is a consumable; it is meant to run out.
- A scent you turn out not to like
- Damage after delivery: contact with surfaces, heat, liquid, or use other than as printed on the pack
The limits
- One claim per item. A claim can cover up to the quantity on that order.
- One remedy per item. If the store you bought from has already refunded or replaced it, we do not do it a second time.
- Orders we cannot verify are not covered. That includes second-hand purchases and sellers we do not supply.
- If we see repeated claims from the same customer or address, we review them by hand and may ask for the product back first.
- Changed your mind? Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is yours.
- Bought from another store? That store's return policy applies to your order as well. You can use either, not both.
How to use it.
Open
Open the box, pick a mode, and take the card out of its sealed bag.
Hang it freely
Hang it by the string so it touches nothing. Do not clip it to a vent or rest it on the dashboard.
Replace
One card lasts up to 14 days. How long depends on airflow and temperature.

What's in the 5-Pack?
Five cards in one design, one of each scent: Summer Breeze, New Car, Vanilla, Ocean and OUD. Each card is sealed in its own vacuum bag and has an elastic string. They come in a sliding drawer gift box.
What's in the 3-Pack?
Three cards in one scent, one of each design: Style 1 (Classic Black), Style 2 (Galaxy Black) and Style 3 (Tech Black). Each card comes in its own hanging pack, sealed in a vacuum bag, with an elastic string.
What's in the 30-Pack?
Thirty Style 2 (Galaxy Black) cards, six of each of the five scents. Each card is sealed in its own vacuum bag and has an elastic string. They come in a tear-open display box.
Can I give the 5-Pack as a gift?
Yes. It comes in a sliding drawer gift box, 5.16 × 3.19 × 1.14 in, with one card of each scent inside. It is ready to give as it is.
What's the difference between Style 1, Style 2 and Style 3?
The graphics and the cut. Style 1 is Classic Black, Style 2 is Galaxy Black, Style 3 is Tech Black. Same card size, same five scents. Style 2 has one rounded corner.

How do I use the 5-Pack?
Slide the drawer open, pick a scent, tear the vacuum seal bag, take the card out, and hang it by the string.
How do I use the 3-Pack?
Pick one of the three hanging packs, tear the vacuum seal bag, take the card out, and hang it by the string.
How do I use the 30-Pack?
Tear the box open, pull a card, tear the vacuum seal bag, take the card out, and hang it by the string.
Can I clip it to a vent or stick it to the dash?
No. The box says Hang freely! Avoid product contact with any surface. Hang it so it touches nothing.
How big is the card?
3.35 × 2.17 × 0.07 in (85 × 55 × 1.8 mm), with a 0.12 in hole and a 0.05 in elastic string. If you hang it from the mirror, make sure it doesn't block your view.
What do the five scents smell like?
- Summer Breeze — Crisp apple and bergamot up front, a soft peach and open-air freshness in the middle, drying down to musk, patchouli and sandalwood.
- New Car — Opens cool and precise, like brushed metal and cut herbs. White flowers keep it clean, then leather and white musk settle in, calm and quietly refined.
- Vanilla — A gourmand favorite: soft cream first, then classic French vanilla, settling warm on tonka bean.
- Ocean — A summer sea breeze on your face: clean, soapy sea air over cool woods, with a light trace of flowers. Fresh, clear-headed, and made for anyone.
- OUD — Rosewood and a touch of cardamom open soft and dry. Tonka and oud deepen it, and musk, amber and vetiver hold it warm and low. Low sweetness, steady presence, best in the colder months.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Tell us your order number through the contact form before it ships. Once it is with the carrier we cannot stop it.
